Shipping & return Policy
We offer free shipping on items from a certain minimum amount. This minimum amount is currently €60. This free shipping is available for customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The buyer is responsible for the correct delivery of data at the time of purchase. If the shipment goes wrong, due to a mistake made by the buyer, we are not responsible for (partial) loss of the order. If we need additional data to send the shipment, we will contact the buyer for this purpose. This may lead to a delay in shipment.
We will make every effort to deliver the order to the delivery address within the expected delivery time. If shipment is nevertheless delayed, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible after placing the order. We bear the risk of loss or damage to the shipment until the parcel is delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
If the buyer receives a product he did not order, he must notify us by e-mail as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order). The buyer will arrange for the return of the product after consultation and will be reimbursed for the costs.
The buyer cannot return the product if it is a personalised item.
If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, he should contact us as soon as possible. This can be done using the e-mail address below. We will then decide how the matter will be handled. In most cases, you will be asked to return the product first. We will then repair the product or see if compensation can be made. If the customer returns the product without contacting us first, they cannot recover the costs incurred from us. In both cases, the shipping costs are for the buyer.
If the order is lost in transit or if the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if the tracking information shows this), an investigation procedure will start with the carrier. To keep customer satisfaction high, we will provide an appropriate solution for the customer as soon as possible. Usually, we first wait for this investigation procedure and then a new product will be sent or the purchase price will be refunded. Both we and the customer must give their full cooperation to the carrier.
If a shipment has still not been delivered to the buyer's delivery address 20 days after the shipping date, he is obliged to contact us with via e-mail within 14 days (i.e. no later than 34 days after the shipping date).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Belgium - 5 to 7 working days
European Union - 7 to 14 working days
The above estimated shipping time depends on the country and location. We ship the order within 7 to 14 days. This expected delivery time is indicated in working days. You can track the parcel with the tracking information sent, which also indicates the carrier's current shipping time.

Where can I find the status of my order?
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a link and your unique tracking number.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands for order amounts above 60 euros. Below is a 8 euro charge for shipping products in Belgium, a 10 euro charge for shipping products in the Netherlands. And a 15 euro charge for the rest of Europe.
Which countries can be shipped to?
We ship our products to all countries of the European Union + the Schengen area.
